Q: How long do they last?
A: Our shade balls have a 10 year warranty.

Q: What material are your shade balls manufactured from?
A: These hollow balls are made from HDPE with black UV stabilizer added.

Q: How does the Rentals & Recycling program work?
A: If we sold you the balls, we will find a place to re-deploy, either in industrial or mining ponds.

Q: Do you help me deploy the balls?
A: We can arrange to have the balls deployed for you for a fee.

Q: Do you offer consulting?
A:  Yes. We can make a trip to your location. Site surveys are available.  Please contact us to make arrangements.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: We will speak with you by phone to place your order. We will calculate the number of balls needed, as well as your freight cost. In order to fulfill your order, we will need a purchase order and a completed credit application. Of course you may pay by check, too!

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A:  Once we know the surface area of your project and and the project zip code, we can calculate your freight.
